Kristin is a Certified Business Performance Advisor with Insperity. There, she helps small/mid-size business leaders find people-tailored solutions, so they can focus more time on producing profitability for their organization. She truly enjoys helping businesses succeed, so communities prosper.
Previously, she worked in hospitality sales management and training delivery, with Marriott International; leading hotel sales/marketing teams across Texas, before taking on the sales training program for Select Service brands in the US and Canada, at Marriott’s headquarters (Bethesda, MD).Through her career upbringing in hospitality, Kristin excelled in transformational sales leadership, client relationships/rapport, project management and logistics, stakeholder collaboration, planning and organization.
She graduated from Sam Houston State University with B.A. in Mass Communication, and is happily married to Chris. They share three beautiful children (Gabe, Kate and Brad), and two dogs.
Today, Kristin also serves on the Advisory Board for Neuhaus Education Center, is a committee member for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation’s Fashion Funds the Cure –Houston, an executive committee member for Private Directors Association – Houston Chapter, and a member of Vistage Worldwide. She has volunteered many hours with Ronald McDonald House – Houston, Habitat for Humanity, Halo House Foundation and Feed The Children.
If you ask her, another one of her favorite roles in life has been that of sister to Josh Paul, and their younger brother, JD. Just under three years younger than Josh, he was her first friend. They were always close; playing music together, playing baseball and cheering alongside one another, singing karaoke, and running races together. She founded this organization in hopes of continuing his legacy in education and keeping his memory alive through positive impacts provided daily!
